MediaGourmet.com put out a call for a template build from a PSD file they had designed. I put out an email to their contact and was able to work with them to convert the PSD they designed into a fully functional, module, Joomla! 100% CSS-only template. The template featured 8 collopsable module positions and was produced in less than 36 hours from the accepting of my proposal.
